GROUP: Bridging The Gap
POSITION: Co-ordinator for sessions
GROUP SIZE: 30 participants
DESCRIPTION:Getting facilitators, hosting each session, introducing facilitators, organizing materials, etc.
TIME: 1 to 3 times per year for six 2 hour sessions plus planning time

GROUP: Bridging The Gap Retirement Workshops
POSITION: Workshop Greeter/Refreshments/Information
GROUP SIZE: 30 Participants
DESCRIPTION:look after name tags, information resource table & refreshments during workshops
TIME: 1 session 3 times per year for six 2½ hr sessions, plus planning time

GROUP: Bridging The Gap Retirement Workshops
POSITION: Workshop Co-Facilitator (2 needed for each of 6 session)
GROUP SIZE: 30 Participants
DESCRIPTION:Present material to group
TIME: 3 times per year for 2 hrs plus planning time

GROUP SIZE: 1
DESCRIPTION:1 to 1 supports for seniors around retirement issues
TIME: As requested, short term, 1 to 3 meetings

GROUP: Coffee & Conversation
POSITION: Co- Facilitators (2)
GROUP SIZE: 15 participants
DESCRIPTION:Informal group work dealing with bereavement issues
TIME: 2 times per month for 2 hrs plus planning time

GROUP: A Time For Me
POSITION: Co-Facilitators (2) Male/Female (if possible)
GROUP SIZE: 10 - 15 participants
DESCRIPTION:A personal growth/self awareness course for seniors
TIME: 2 - 3 times per year for eight 2½ hour sessions plus planning time

GROUP: 1 to 1 Bereavement Support
POSITION: Peer Helper
GROUP SIZE: 1 to 1
DESCRIPTION:Friendly community contact with bereaved senior
TIME: 2 - 3 times a month contact with bereaved senior by phone/meeting

GROUP: Information Services
POSITION: Peer Helper (Located at Hostess desk)
GROUP SIZE: 1
DESCRIPTION: A community information link for seniors
TIME: 1 afternoon a week plus gathering information

GROUP: All
POSITION: Special Events
GROUP SIZE: working with peers at event
DESCRIPTION:Art Action, Perennial Sale, Garage Sale, and Workshops
TIME: Approximately 10 hrs per event

GROUP: Care Giver Support Group
POSITION: Co-facilitator (2)
GROUP SIZE: 15 maximum
DESCRIPTION:informal group dealing with care-giver relief issues
TIME: 2 times per month for 2 hrs plus planning time
